"Genuinely Not clean and my room was not cleaned and beds were not made "

"No door on bathroom. No deadbolt. Gross mattress. Pay the extra money for somewhere better. I didn’t last 2 hours before I left feeling unsafe."

"Outside in the back of the property, a group of cars were having a tail gate party and were smoking weed. When we came into the lobby to check in, the entire lobby smelled liked heavy weed. Thankfully our room was nice and clean. "

"The breakfast ends at 9am on the weekend which is insane breakfast should be 10am on weekend no one wants to wake up early on a weekend. "

"This hotel has definitely went down over the years (we have stayed here many times in the past). Front desk staff was less than friendly. Breakfast is the least they can do and still call it continental breakfast. Felt like they don’t care about business much anymore."

"The pool was closed and we were charged an amenity fee for the pool and gym, but we couldn’t use the pool so why the fee? The room did not have a blackout curtain so we had to get a different room, then our keys didn’t work and we had to be let into the room and we were told our keys would work in an hour, possibly, so we couldn't leave the room or we may not have gotten back in, avoid for now and let them fix everything first. "

"DO NOT BOOK THIS RESORT!!! SEVERELY understaffed, the entire place was a mess. Trash cans over flowing everywhere, floors are dirty, and the waterpark is a complete joke. Nobody is watching or policing children so there are all completely wild. Life guards do not care (only 1 on duty in the park). Multiple broken parts of the waterpark & caution cones everywhere. This place has been majorly neglected. Ladies at the front desk were polite and understanding but the rest of the facility was just gross. We did not even stay the night in our room and left the waterpark as my 2 small children couldn’t even enjoy it with the chaos in there. "

"We got down for. Breakfast about 20 minutes before closing and they were already out of most every thing on our first morning. 2nd day we got there around 8:30 everything was good but not hot. Our holtel room appeared to be dark. The curtins dont close to well Had to use clips to make sure they were closed. "
