"When checking in the type of room we had was going to be hard for 3 other people I was with to do stairs. Not only did they hunt me down to tell me they found the same type of room but with less stairs to climb. They are always there to help you with whatever problem comes up. Getting around is no problem since they have golf carts to take you to wherever you need to go."

"I have traveled multiple Westin Properties. Given the current conditions of the USA, it is understandable of the difficulties these resorts face. However, this was not an all inclusive resort. The quality of food and cocktails were very reminiscent of all inclusive. But we’re NOT an all inclusive price. "

Villa area is a home for ferrel cats. Pool area dirty. Looks like no repairs or upkeep since hurricane. Didn't feel safe walking the property. Expedia should remove this hotel from their site. "
