"The staff was very friendly and helpful. However the room is overdue for improvements. The balcony door did not lock and the water pressure was low on the upper floors. The steps are definitely a work out if you lots of bags. "

"Second Stay, Even Better Than the First — Truly Exceptional Our return visit to The Westin St. Thomas Beach Resort & Spa somehow managed to exceed an already unforgettable first stay. From the moment we arrived, it felt less like checking into a hotel and more like coming back to a place where we were genuinely remembered and welcomed. This trip was especially meaningful as we were celebrating my wife Diane’s birthday week, and the Westin went above and beyond to make it special. Thoughtful surprises greeted us in the room—complimentary wine, cheese, cupcakes, and champagne—and one of the most touching moments was a bellhop softly singing Happy Birthday to Diane. It was sincere, unexpected, and perfectly captured the spirit of the resort. Our ocean-view room was beautiful, with stunning sunsets each evening and cruise ships gliding by in the distance. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves and starting each day with that view never gets old. The resort itself is pristine, peaceful, and perfectly situated along Morningstar Beach. Dining on property was excellent. Luna Mar and Sugarfin were standouts, and the nighttime atmosphere along the beach—with the waves, the lights, and the breeze—was simply magical. Every staff member we encountered, from guest services to dining and housekeeping, was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. What truly sets The Westin St. Thomas apart is its people. The conversations, the smiles, and the care shown throughout our stay made this trip."

" When I say, IVGH did not disappoint.We were greeted with cool lavender towels for our face and hands, as well as local island fruit juice. The night receptionist and bell man were so helpful. The complementary continental morning breakfast had the nicest lite island vibe. I was a little disappointed I could not order dinner from the restaurant. Let me be clear, it's not anything they did, it just isn't open Sunday and Monday and we checked in Saturday night. The restaurant gets some amazing reviews and I wanted to try it. Other than that, only 5 stars here!!! The room was clean and cool, the customer service was second to none, the views of Saint Thomas were spectacular and the beds and bedding were sooooo comfortable. You must stay if you are planning a trip to St. Thomas. Please go on a night when the restaurant is open. You won't be disappointed."

"Clean room and great location! Most of the staff were very nice but a bit understaffed. Only thing we had trouble with was our shower. It was either really hot or cold. Food was excellent and loved the beach! "
