Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities

The room smelled bad and had cigarette burns in the sheets and nightstand. A towel had hair on it. Bathroom shower constantly leaking. Lots of super sketchy people loitering in the parking lot for hours on end.

Extensive exterior upgrades are underway. The room condition especially the bathtub, the busted mattress, cracked tv screen, and almost no water pressure were awful.
