Check-in was support easy and all the staff was friendly. One of our cards wasn't working and one of the maintenance men helped us get back in our room. The room was clean and the surrounding area had lots of shops and restaurants. The hotel also had ample parking.

Room was clean, staff was excellent!! The rooms respectfully could use a bit of work though. Our walls were damaged in multiple places and there was a stain on our carpet. Overall it was a good place to stay and I would go back! Thanks

I liked the location, very convenient to everything. The AC needs cleaning, mold can be seen on and in the AC unit. The curtains/blinds are old, mildew and needs replacing. The carpet needs cleaning as well due to the order.

Staff was great, friendly and welcoming. Room was clean, comfortable and roomy. We were only going to stay one night and head to our next destination. We enjoyed the stay so much we decided to just spend another night there instead. Was glad we did. We visit Frederick a couple times a year, we will definitely stay again.

The property has seen better days. The exterior doors are filthy and banged up. The room itself seemed to be clean but the bathroom is so dated it would hard to say. Breakfast was fine. The staff is nice and friendly. Don’t think I can say that I will be staying here again unless it is renovated.
