Property is located in walking distance to highways, mall, shops, restaurants, and activities. This made it ideal to get to where we needed in under 10mins via walking and/or driving. Room was nice, clean, spacious, very quiet and descent bed. I especially liked the pillows and the comfort on my neck. Staff at front desk were polite and pleasant. Parking garage is attached to property, which I appreciated although there’s a $20 per day fee. Pool was adequate for my son to play in - although he mentioned the water being too cold for an indoor pool. Keep in mind that city view rooms come with street noise of passing vehicles (loud mufflers/sirens) which can be a bother to a light sleeper as myself. But I enjoyed being able to people watch from my window. I ordered room service and was disappointed with the presentation. The food was delivered in to go containers and plastic ware. Not what I was expecting; since, my son and I opted to stay in instead of going out for dinner as our way to kick off our mommy and me mini vacation. This will be our home away from home whenever we visit our daughter who moved to the area for college.

The staff was very friendly, and the shuttle service went above and beyond. However, my bill had a number of charges from some other guests' TV box on it. It took several calls to get my statement corrected, and I was told the TV boxes are sometimes moved to other rooms and then not reprogrammed. CHECK your TV when you arrive. If it does not have your name on it contact the front desk immediately.

Liked staff,very clean room. . Did not like that only 1 person working at bar area on a very busy day and she worked very hard at trying to keep up with all the customers but it was impossible to do. Had to move to another room, the air conditioner was not cooling and the tv was not working in our room.

we were very dissapointed that the pool was under construction and therefore closed. We chose this hotel specifically for the pool as we were traveling with kids and they enjoy swimming. I wish we wouldve known about it before and therefore am writing it in the review so others will know to call before to ask. Otherwise the rooms were clean and updated.
