Nightmare Stay
It’s taken me 2 days to even believe that I had the experience I did. I really feel like this was an absolute nightmare. NO HEAT IN THE BUILDING AT ALL, ABSOLUTELY FREEZING! I was charged a cleaning fee for a room that has not been cleaned in quite a while. No towels & washcloths, did not know I had to bring my own. The mini heater in the room took over 6 hours to warm the room. The sheets were filthy as well as the pillow cases. I had to wrap my coat around the pillow. Holes and patches on the walls and ceiling. Tv did not work at all. Roaches coming from a hole in the wall. Hot water in the bathroom was hot for all of 1 minute. This was so uncomfortable, I felt gross, the stairs are falling apart. Gross smell throughout the building. No one can possibly be managing this property let alone cleaning it. I would like a complete refund. This was not the experience I paid for nor was it hygienic! Absolutely disgusting. Please see photos attached! This place needs to be shut down or closed to completely revamp. I was sent several codes and had to try 2 doors before I had the right one. Ceiling fans in the bathroom have not been cleaned in MONTHS!!!! Should have took photos of that. I feel like I was duped for my money & I want it all back! Would never stay again or even recommend. I’m embarrassed I stayed here!!!
