  • Escape to this custom timber home set on 3/4 acre just minutes from Winter Park and the ski resorts, with stunning views of 13,000-foot Byers Peak. Designed for groups and families, this spacious mountain retreat features 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 3 levels of comfortable living space.

    With 2 separate living areas, there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Enjoy games and laughter in one space while others relax with a film, music, or conversation in the other. After a day of adventure, unwind on the back deck with a glass of wine as the sun sets over the peaks, then gather around the fire pit for a cosy evening under the stars.

    The home includes a fully equipped media and audio centre, free Wifi, and a well-stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals for family and friends. The dining table expands to seat 10, with additional seating at the kitchen bar.

    Getting around is easy. Walk just 50 feet past the driveway to catch the free shuttle to Winter Park and the ski resorts. The large horseshoe driveway also offers plenty of off-street parking.

    The surrounding area is a true Colorado gem, with more than 600 miles of mountain biking and hiking trails nearby. Walk to the Fraser River for fly fishing, or explore the headwaters of the Colorado River just 25 miles away. Family ski trip for New Year’s

My husband, 2 teens, mother, sister and I loved this house! It was perfect for our needs and we would not hesitate to stay here again. Great location, lovely views, kitchen stocked with appliances and spices and fun foosball table in game room.

Spacious House for Multiple Families

Rooms are all great sizes and big living room area with a big TV making things super easy for family with kids. The entry way has a great mud room area which makes it super easy to keep the snow from getting in. We had a great time stay here and would definitely consider staying again.

Great place to stay. We enjoyed it very much.

We had the whole family of eight people including two children. There was plenty of room for everyone. We had some questions at first which were promptly answered by the owner. One of the best places we have stayed in Winter Park.

Great weekend stay

Spacious and well-furnished. The house was located in a great spot- very easy to get to Winter Park for skiing and close to several nice dining spots. Family remarked several times how nice the house was. We especially enjoyed the living area and fireplace every evening. Would recommend 10/10.

impressive

great location, in between Winter Park and Grandby Ranch yet felt like we were in nature. Accommodations were great given the price ( much lower in price than other houses). All nine of us really liked the place including the 5 teenagers with us

Christmas family holiday

Great accommodation for a large group with small children. Enough beds for all adults. Place was clean and decorated. Only issue was the door lock but we had a great quick response from the owners to help us. Definitely would come again.

Perfect!

This property is perfectly set up for a larger family or group. Lots of beds and bathrooms, and the kitchen is fully set up for family style dining. The location is quiet, and close to the action ... with a grocery store just down the hill, and Winter Park just down the road. There is great hiking close, and lots of fishing opportunities on the various creeks and rivers. Upon our arrival, we were delighted to see how clean the house was, and set up perfectly for our stay. Mark was great to deal with! We would definitely book this property again!

Christmas ski trip

We traveled to be close to family and friends and to enjoy a white Christmas and of course some good skiing/snow boarding. The house was perfect! The room and bathroom layout was great for our group and it was fun to be able to include our pup. The house included everything we needed in the kitchen and provided plenty of towels and soaps for the bathrooms. It was even decorated for Christmas - what a treat!! The neighborhood was lovely - our pup loved his walk in the snow. We enjoyed the proximity to everything and how easy it was to get to Winter Park. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit!!

Family gathering

This was the second time our family has rented this property. We come from different parts of the country and this is a perfect place for us to be together. We love the 5 bedrooms and no bunk beds, as we are adults except for one child. The big kitchen table for 10 along with an open kitchen and living area are perfect for a large group. There are Mountain View’s from every window and door. We will be back again as we love this area and this perfect home! The owner communicates really well also.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful cabin! The location was perfect which was close to Grand Adventures ATV tours and Winter Park Village, making it easy and quick to get around. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the towels and sheets were soft, which made our stay even more relaxing. We also appreciated the thoughtful hospitality touches.. Like how the cabin was stocked with essentials like toilet paper, trash bags, and Kleenex in every room, along with large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each bathroom. Those little extras were especially nice after the travel-size toiletries we brought ran out.Overall, this was a beautiful, comfortable cabin with excellent hospitality. We had a wonderful, relaxing summer vacation and would definitely stay here again!

Highly recommend this home! We had three families on the trip, all ages, and it worked fabulous for all! Loved that it had three floors of bedrooms/baths. Kitchen and gathering areas were wonderful! To get to Winter Park, we only had to walk out the front door and get on the shuttle! So convenient! Mark was fabulous to work with as well! He communicated very quickly with any questions we had.

Nice big place with a mudroom for all the ski stuff, kitchen to accommodate a big group, comfortable living room with nice speaker/TV system and good comfortable beds. Nice for the kids to have their own living room in the basement. Close to grocery and all the amenities in town with a short drive to Winter Park!

The space is excellent in a really ideal location. We had a wonderful stay with 12 adults and 2 kiddos. I really appreciate that all of the rooms have queen beds in them!
