Very nice small Kitchener in hallway to share with three rooms and had everything you need. I could put my eye medicine in fridge and hubby could have 10:00 pm coffee without bothering anyone. Definitely would stay there again."

"4 friends rented this property for a fishing tournament. It was very clean and stocked with everything we needed and more. This was one of the easiest VRBO vacations I've ever taken. And when we went into Frankston, we enjoyed the (surprise) arts and crafts in the town square. Our only disappointment was that the house was not as updated as the one we rented last year."

"I have allergies & asthma. I knew after 15 minutes on site that I couldn’t sleep there. There were candles burning in the foyer, multiple bowls of potpourri, and multiple cats coming and going from outdoors—upstairs and downstairs. I’m very allergic to cats. Had I known these things prior to booking, I never ever would have booked—much less for 2 nights. They did extinguish the candles, but my throat was already thickening. "Friendly staff, clean rooms, quiet, problems handled quickly, nice firm beds, limited breakfast(but tasted great) I had a very rellaxing visit with only 1 hiccup with a toilet that wouldnt flush. They immediately handled the problem by offering another room. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are on a budget but want a nice room to stay in. "
