It is clearly a nice hotel, in a convenient location... But... There are drug users directly outside and a homeless encampment around the corner. So this should not be a place you take children or of a sensitive nature. Otherwise, good but basic amenities.

Super Comfort stay at the Hotel

Room is super clean. Staff is humble. Walking distance to Frankfurt HBF. Rewe and Restaurants are nearby. We enjoyed our stay and we recommend this hotel. We will definitely going to book it again when i frankfurt.

If you book this hotel understanding what you're getting, there won't be any (or few) issues. It is very much a budget hotel. I was perhaps naive about quite how budget and hadn't realised how much the area near the rail station had moved from run-down to genuinely rough. A door buzzer to get into the main entrance to keep undesirables out, etc. The room I had was very much for a single person. Dorm-style with a small (but comfortable) bed, a small and basic bathroom, desk/closet it for just a few things. TV is mounted on the wall (didn't turn it on). A small fan is provided to help with circulating air in the room, which was useful. Everything in the room and hallways was working (other than the lift, below), but was a bit worn and in need of a serious refresh and attention. The small lift was broken, so my room was a four-floor walkup. The staff are very nice. They're working with what they have to work with, but efficient and pleasant. No bar, but a breakfast area (€16; I didn't take up the offer) is open in the morning. The price mostly reflects what you're getting. Just don't think you've snagged an amazing deal.

Stay for a tradeshow in Messe

Location is good, 5 min walk from train main station HB and 15-20 min walk to Messe. At night you see people doing drugs in that street, but there is police always around. Its is confortable stay, and breakfast delicious

Hottest room i have ever slept in. Window to the street was too noisy to keep it open. Shower over the bath is no good if you are over 6ft 1 in. Staff nice enough and location oposite station is brilliant. Very cheap for the city center. Would only stay again in winter

Very close to the rail station, loved the room. The area was a bit seedy if you went out at night, but there were conveniences nearby. Not far from the Kleinmarkethalle area, which has a lot to offer!

The hotel and the rooms are very good, clean and spacious, close to the central train station and a suoermarket. But the neighborhood is difficult because some Sex locals around. Not recommended for familys

Nice, good value hotel near a rough are

Very nice hotel, clean, friendly staff and extremely good value. However it is near the red light area that seemed very rough to me. (People injecting on the street etc) But easy to avoid as long as you don't turn left when coming out of the hotel.

Value for your money!

Very good for the price. Only minor point was the room smelled like someone had smoked. But this was easy to fix with some parfum. Staff was very friendly. Excellent location close to the station. Will book again if I'm in the city.

Downtown hotel close to the Messe, so it's an easy walk if you're staying here for an expo or conference. My room felt dated and could have been in better condition. The hotel is in a rougher part of the city...didn't feel safe going out in the evenings.
