There was no parking at arrival. We had to park in local parking garage. It also only took cash and delayed departure. Room was not as pictured and looks much older. The bathroom was clean but towel stained.

Overall my stay was ok, but I stayed in the same room for two weeks. During this time I asked the receptionist to change the bedding. My request was ignored. That made me feel dissatisfied and disappointed...

Dit hotel is prima om een nacht te slapen. Wij waren op doorreis. Het heeft prima kamers, beetje gedateerd maar dat geeft niet. De bedden waren goed alleen de kussens erg dun. Het hotel ligt in het centrum in een hoekje. Het ontbijt kostte niet veel maar was erg goed. Personeel ook vriendelijk aan de receptie. Je kunt je auto parkeren maar vanaf 8 uur in de ochtend is het betaald parkeren, let daar goed op.

Very basic but comfortable enough for one night. Convenient for train station. Local area doesn’t offer much but train straight into Mainz Hbf so fine for a stopover.

Overall, our stay was good, but there were a few things that could’ve been better, we arrived a few minutes early and they wouldn’t let us check in, had to wait at the lobby, then even though our room had two bathroom doors only one of them had handles and lock the other one had been removed and the door was basically locked (which is fine as you still have the other side to go in and out) but the one where there was a handle got locked and wouldn’t open, my son went in and couldn’t open it from the inside, went down to get the lady at the front desk and even she couldn’t (we tried different ways), she calls her manager and he okayed to break the door to be able to open it, so, we had to push it until the door broke at the lock and we stayed with a broken door and lock. Other than that, our stay was good.
We had to break the bathroom door in to be able to open it as the lock got damaged and wouldn’t open (my son was inside and couldn’t open it from there either).

Preis Leistung sehr in Ordnung

Wir waren nur eine Nacht in dem Hotel nach einem Urlaub. Kamen spät an, wurden aber freundlich empfangen. Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber alles ok. Sehr sauber. Frühstück sehr gut. Preis in Ordnung. Wir werden nochmals kommen.

Property was fine ~ almost a hostel ~ was on the second floor and hallway smelled of faint smoking/vaporing ??? where hotel is listed as Non Smoking. Bed was literally 6 to 8 inches off the floor. Doorways narrow. Power outlets very limited.

Die Lage ist super, da nah am Bahnhof und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Leider war das Zimmer schmutzig, der Boden,die Badewanne. Alles ist sehr abgewohnt.Der Teppich im Flur zu den Zimmern wurde wohl länger nicht gesaugt. Das ist sehr schade. Der Preis ist in Ordnung,dafür dass es ein einfaches Hotel ist.
