The hotel was beautiful and checked all of our boxes when traveling. The front desk staff were very personable and accommodating. Unfortunately, we did not find the same level of service in the evening dining restaurant on the second floor. The wait staff was rude.
During our stay the wifi was out and we asked numerous times for it to be remedied. Out of a four night stay, the wifi worked on our very last night. This is unacceptable and quite inconvenient when traveling from out of the country.
The front desk staff was amazing and tried their best to help. The management did not care about the issue even though it was brought to their attention by numerous employees. The hotel manager was not present or accessible for us to take the issue directly to her. Perhaps it would have been fixed in a more timely fashion if she was involved in the process when we first expressed a concern.
It was a beautiful venue and convenient to the expressway and to the downtown area.
