Three night stay and it was not great. Check in was very slow as there was only one person working the front desk. Staff were friendly and helpful however always appeared to be working on their own. The hotel bar was never open. The AC was marginal at best. No ice machine anywhere in the hotel. It was a pain to get ice as the staff working the desk would have to go get it somewhere deep inside the hotel. There is almost no walk ability. It’s an hour walk to get to the old town area or anywhere of interest. Rooms are clean but dated and the beds are lumpy.

Great place to stay for an exhibtion

I was there for an exhibition in Frankfurt, walking distance to the exhibition, good and safe parking space for the car in the garage, break fast was very good with a lot of options, staff at the check-in and out very firendly and helpful. Only little things like no fridge in the room was not good or in the bathtube for shower no anti slipering mat was available. An in all, I will book again for the enext exhibition in this hotel.

Air conditioner did not cool the room, hardly blew any cold air. Needed to keep the window open at night and put up with freeway traffic noise. air con did not work. had to keep window open all night to get any air in room. traffic noise kept me awake. had to check out and find another hotel. front desk people refunded two nights (of 4) becuase I told them I was going to contest payment on AmEx. a total joke of a hotel. Meine erste impression von der Unterkunft war eigentlich in Ordnung. Doch als ich mir die Zeit genommen habe, mich näher damit zu beschäftigen und die Details zu betrachten, ist mir aufgefallen, wie abgenutzt vieles war. Einige konkrete Punkte haben mich besonders enttäuscht: Kühlschrank: In den Zimmern gab es keinen Kühlschrank eine Grundausstattung, die ich eigentlich erwarten würde. Tresor: Die Batterien meines Zimmersafes waren defekt. Obwohl ich dies dreimal gemeldet habe, wurde das Problem nicht behoben. Statt einer Lösung wurde ich sogar noch unfreundlich angesprochen, als hätte man mich nicht verstanden. Dabei wäre es so einfach gewesen, einfach vier Batterien zu wechseln. Sauna: In der Beschreibung stand, dass die Sauna nutzbar sei. Vor Ort war sie jedoch durchgehend geschlossen trotz Werbe-E-Mails, die den Gegenteil vermuten ließen. Fitnessbereich: Zwar vorhanden, aber sehr klein und spärlich ausgestattet. Hier hätte man definitiv mehr investieren können. Positiv hervorheben möchte ich, dass einzelne Mitarbeiter im Haus wirklich bemüht, freundlich und zuvorkommend waren. Das Problem liegt für mich jedoch darin, dass selbst einfache Dinge die den Aufenthalt deutlich angenehmer machen würden durch mangelnde Kommunikation oder fehlende Reaktionen nicht umgesetzt wurden. Solche Kleinigkeiten können den Gesamteindruck leider stark beeinträchtigen.
