It is not a hotel.It is a student hostel. It is in the industrial estate area. It has elevator, but it is closed permanently, but you may bring your luggage up to the 3rd floor. No facilities in the room, the radiator is out of order, no water to drink. The room is very noisy, you can hear the opening or closing the wardrobe sound, the water tap sound while using from your next door customers. The security is poor, every outsider can access into the building and stand outside your room. The corridor is very dark you will not know if anyone hide in the corner while you go back into your room. No public transportation nearby, you should walk at least 30 minutes with a pavement next to the highway then go to the closed railway station. While you walking to the railway, no more pedestrian except you in the pavement.Using over €140 to book a room for 1 night in this so-called hotel is a fool. Dont book.

Thanks for your review. We are sorry that you have not contacted us. If you don't agree with the room, come to reception and let us settle the matter. We could also have helped you to get to Rödelheim or Eschborn faster. We are right in the middle and you can be at the train station in no more than 15 minutes. I walk this distance to work every day :)We are also a small "2-star" family business hotel, which our regular guests appreciate very much during the week.We were probably not the right category.

Simple place for the price. It is not so reachable. You have to take a train to get there and then a taxi. From hotel to Airport it was 40 Euros. Not very pleasant.

Trading estate chic!
The photos used to sell this hotel are nothing like the reality. The building is akin to a halfway house or student halls located on a trading estate off the motorway. The rooms are small with beds that creak and furniture that you wouldn’t look out of this place in a youth detention centre. The walls are paper thin and you can hear the comings and goings of other ‘guests’ throughout the night as well as the constant din of traffic. I felt so nervous staying here i avoided the breakfast and left as soon as I could. There is a restaurant attached, but its a bleak and sad affair and you need to book a cab to go anywhere.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt mit tollem Frühstück
Es ist ein schlichtes unauffälliges Hotel, das von außen und innen wie ein Wohnhaus aussieht. Das Zimmer ist sehr einfach gehalten, mit Bad/Dusche und Duschgel, Seife und Fön. Die Matratze war etwas härter, wer das mag. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, immer frische Handtücher. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Was mich überrascht hat war das umfangreiche Frühstücksbuffet. Zu dem Preis fast unglaublich. Über frisch gebratenes Gemüse, Eier, Würstchen, frische Tomaten und Gurken, Obst, Joghurt, ganz frische verschiedene Brötchen, Kuchen, Eier, Orangensaft, Multivit, Müslis, Kaffee, Tee etc. Es war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit!! Die Sauberkeit und das Aussehen des Zimmers ist wirklich wie ein Bilderbuch! Ich habe mich seh gut gefühlt. Aber draussen, gibt es gar nichts!!! Es ist dunkel und man muss immer ein Taxi nehmen, Bus und Bahn gibt nicht, ausser vor dem Rödelheimer Bahnhof, der ziemlich weit vom Hotel liegt. Ansonsten, ist das Hotel drinnen schön und angenehm.
