Great location for FRA early morning flights or an overnight before onward travel. Room was a good size and everything seemed new. Breakfast was good with a combination of hot and cold items. Will stay again.

I enjoyed my short (over night) stay in this hotel. People in the hotel are very friendly. The breakfast is wonderful. The hotel has a shuttle connection with the airport. I recommend it to everybody.

Super airport hotel

We ended up here as a result of a delayed flight - but must say this stay really made the whole situation much better, thanks to the staff at Holiday Inn. Fantastic service from the desk, also providing us with breakfast without hours. Room was super fresh, above expectations.

Fairly close to the airport and has a supermarket right next door. Also has a bar/restaurant. We haven't travelled in Europe that much - but was surprised there was no ice machine, or coffee machine in the room (it did have instant coffee). Overall a great hotel for the price.

The receptionist, clearly doesn’t enjoy her job and shouldn’t be the first face that travellers encounter. Slight moan was the Holiday Inn at Dusseldorf Nord City had English language channels. This one had Austrian and French. I know I should learn another language but when travelling with children, it’s a bit annoying.

Hotel is quiet even with airplanes flying over the property. Nothing to complain. Towels and bed sheets are clean and fresh. A/C works great. The hotel definitely needs improvement on the airport transfer service. We had a scheduled ride to the airport on the first ride of the day at 06:00 AM. The driver did not show up for his shift. Front desk was not able to offer an alternative. I googled the local taxi service and paid for a transfer to the airport. Hotel personnel should be able to provide this taxi service without hotel guests having to call the local taxi company and pay out of pocket.
