The hotel was centrally located and close to the things we wanted to see. The modern decor was the style I really like and the room was extremely comfortable.

I stay here every time I'm in Darmstadt. It is in a central location handy for transport or walking. Only downside the pillows are a little on the thin side but otherwise no complaints

I had a confirmed and prepaid reeervation for 2 nights but I could not check-in automatically because of problems with the machine. An incapable and unhelpful desk staff blocked my access to the hotel whoke trying ti check me in. He offered me no alternative but leaving the hotel and finding another accomodation in the night. Not even yet received the reimbursement. Stay away!

Es gab Gott sei Dank jemanden an der Rezeption. Persönlich empfangen zu werden, ist irgendwie viel besser. Negativ: Es wurde ab 10 Uhr Morgens von der Reinigungskraft an der Türr geklopft. Man dachte, es kommt gleich jemand rein. Trotzdem: Für den Preis absolut Top!!!

Giving this stay 3 stars because on the morning I was checking out, some men opened my door at 9am. As I was still in bed, I told them to go away. They came back about a hour later without me letting them in (they were checking the air conditioner). I said to them, “Couldn’t you wait until I was checked out?” I was literally due to check out in an hour. Really did not appreciate men barging into my room while I was sleeping. Totally unacceptable. They recently renovated the rooms and they’re much nicer than what’s seen in the photos. Best value in the Frankfurt/Darmstadt area.

Alles, was man braucht ist. Für einen Städtebesuch als Übernachtungsmöglichkeit hervorragend geeignet. Hbf.fußläugig zu erreichen, ein Weg dorthin scheint aber nicht unbedingt durch eine gute Wohngegend zu führen.

Zimmer war neu renoviert. Bett bequem. Zimmer insgesamt recht klein, für eine Person ausreichend. Kein Stauraum vorhanden ist Nachteil. Aktuell noch Baulärm durch Umbau. Der Check-in ist nebenan im Hotel, was aufgrund von 3 Mails vorher (Self-Check-In) dann doch etwas verwirrend ist. Aktuell wird auch noch an der Straßenbahn ums Eck gebaut, daher SEV. Hotel ist dann nicht mehr so gut erreichbar.

The biggest iek for me was rhey had construction going on and it really annoyed me.At one point they woke me up at 6am after i usd beeon a night out. I wasn't best pleased. Never had my room cleaned in the four days i was there. No air-conditioning in the room. It was hot. I was given a fan but it was not effective.

Der Gestank der Toiletten-Einheit (aus Plastik ohne Lüftung) ist massiv und geht in das Zimmer über. Es wurde zudem lange nicht mehr renoviert!!!

The hotel is good in terms of price, location and room cleanliness. I have given a negative overall score however for the following reasons… a) The automatic check in did not work. b) Emails sent to the hotel were not answered. c) The hotel is currently undergoing major renovation/reconstruction until about August 2025. The noise during daytime working hours is therefore unbearable. No information about this work is provided on the hotel website and I accordingly feel deceived. There is also a major building site at the property next door. On a more positive note, I would consider using the place again in the future…but only when the entire reconstruction has been completed. In its current state it’s not worth it unfortunately.

Machine hotel, check-in at the hotel only via machine, which was difficult to use. It was unclear which code you can use to check in. No staff on site. Room facilities very modest but clean. Central location, parking options nearby.

Ich fand die Unterkunft sehr schön. Ich war etwas früher da, aber leider konnte ich erst um 15 Uhr in mein Zimmer. Check in und Check Out verliefen sehr gut..es gab sogar ein Begrüßungsbier:) Das Zimmer war gut eingerichtet.Und alles nötige war vorhanden. War eine schöne Reise nach Darmstadt
