It was an amazing experience. Great for or large group. Plenty of parking, great amenities. Host was great to communicate with. It was a little inconvenient with the bridge being out but it all worked out.

This was a beautiful property and exactly the vibe we were going for! It was the perfect place for our group of adults. Plenty of bedrooms and king/queen beds for all the couples! Plenty of toilet paper and towels as well. We enjoyed sitting by the fire pit and playing pool in the finished garage. Kapil was very responsive and provided videos to show how to work certain things at the house. If you have a trip to KY planned, this is a great place to stay!

Host was extremely responsive, bedrooms comfortable, hot tub worked great, kitchen and laundry appliances were top notch. Kitchen cooking supplies could be improved but we made it work! All of our guests (10) were completely satisfied, backyard was awesome for frisbee! Thanks a lot Kapil!!!!

3 stories of activities and entertainment. Lots of room for everyone to spread out and lots of stuff to bring everyone together. Huge backyard for yard games that backs to a creek with a nice extra patio area. The sauna, hot tub and fire pit kept us busy outdoors and the theatre room, poker table and large table for table games kept us entertained inside. There were 14 of us and everyone had space to sleep with plenty of bathrooms nearby. Our host was very communicative and even sent some instructional videos. The bridge just off of HWY60 was closed (until Sept 2025) which lead to a detour to get to the house, which our host warned us about and sent directions, this was no trouble as it made the location more secluded and quieter. 5/5. Would book again!

Great house & very thoughtful host

This house is just so fun! We had an extended family with all ages to celebrate an 80th birthday & everyone just loved the space, the accomodations and all the very thoughtful touches throughout. Kapil is the most responsive & accomodating host & made sure we all had a wonderful stay.

Our group had an amazing stay at this one-of-a-kind property! The house is incredibly spacious and perfect for large groups, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The amenities are top-notch and unlike anything we’ve seen before—especially the speakeasy-style lounge, which quickly became everyone’s favorite hangout spot.The themed rooms were thoughtfully designed and made the stay even more memorable. The layout of the home was very functional, making it easy to gather together or find a quiet corner when needed.Location-wise, it couldn’t have been better—just minutes from Downtown and close to several key stops on the Bourbon Trail. Another huge plus was the ample parking, which easily accommodated our 8–10 vehicles.If you’re looking for a unique and unforgettable stay for your group, this home checks all the boxes.
