"Almost everything was great at this property. The only, somewhat negative comment I have is, too much chlorine in the pool and hot tub. This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel, and we experienced this issue the first time as well. The fumes caused our eyes to burn slightly, and my grandchildren experienced some coughing. "

"I’d like to thank the management for helping me solve a double booking problem when I booked 1 room mistakenly on 2 different booking platforms. One company refused to refund while the other worked with the hotel and obtained the refund for the additional room booked in error. Kudos to the kind and helpful front desk staff in helping sort out this issue. The room is beautiful and spotless. The hotel is fantastic as is the restaurant on site- Timber..Will definitely be back and certainly will recommend."
