"Clean room, lobby and hallways "

"Our family stayed 4 nights here and had a wonderful time. The kids really enjoyed the indoor pool with slide. Rooms were clean and spacious. Pet friendly. Entire hotel was clean. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful when needed. Steve, Rachel, Brandy and Lisa were staff we had encountered. Breakfast gets busy and all the staff comes together to ensure items are coming out hot and items are being restocked. Breakfast is fairly decent. Plenty of options. The put out a water station daily in the afternoon as well as fresh baked cookies! We would definitely stay here again! "

"Room was very outdated and pretty dirty in some areas. Including something on the bathroom wall that looked like feces. We didn’t notice it until we were leaving otherwise we would have said something. I remember staying here about 15 years ago and it was “fancy”; not so much now. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Luckily we were only here for a fast sleep on the way through. We needed a cheap room and we got what we paid for. "

"The staff was kind. Teh hotel has seen better days. It looks worn out. The style is super old, the waterfall is a dated feature that was being repaired when it should be eliminated. The area was not great for eating or getting gas. Overall I would not stay there again. "

"You need new owners in there. It needs a lot of work. The elevators didn’t work. My room wasn’t ready when I got there. They told me to come back in a half an hour, and it still wasn’t ready. Sheets were ripped pillowcases had spots floors were not vacuumed. coffee machine was shut off at 10 AM horrible"
