"After being given a very small room we were delivered to be upgraded to a much nicer room with a beautiful view and big balcony. Sadly only stayed for two nights but would have welcomed being given the bigger room on are. It’s a stunning location and the hotel is steeped in history but it’s the most expensive hotel we’ve stayed in… and in addition we had to pay extra for breakfast! Which was lovely but really £1k for a small room and breakfast not included! "

Selected the Palazzo Veneziano and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The hotel reached out right away to check in regarding travel to the hotel. Hotel is on the water next to great restaurants and easy walking to others. Beautiful courtyard was where we would spend time in evening with glass of wine. Rooms were beautiful, lovely large bathroom and the most comfortable bed we've had during our vacation. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. There was a vast breakfast spread in the morning for $10. We look forward to staying at the Palazzo Veneziano on our next Venice vacation."
