"Has a great location, walkable distance to main shopping street and attractions such as Tivoli Gardens, Round Tower, Rosenborg Castle, Nyhavn and others. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The buffet breakfast at the hotel is extra but the food is delicious, fresh and much to choose from. My only complaint is their pillows, they are very thin and floppy. However, I would definitely recommend this hotel. "

"The Profil hotel at the Copenhagen Plaza is a charming older hotel. It has an older style elevator and the room had a fridge. Our room also had a small balcony. There was a notice in the elevator saying that the they were renovating the top floors of the hotel. We were on one of the top floors.
