Nice hotel located one block from Iracema beach. Rooms are very clean, spacious with partial ocean views, and full views of Avenida Abolicao. Great breakfast buffet included with room rate, and the friendliest hotel staff in town.

Quarto grande, boa sacada, e a localização é ótima, porém o chuveiro é horrível, a cama é péssima e a tb fica no quarto, a sala muito grande esta em um ambiente separado do quarto e nao possui TV…. Deviam retirar a TV do quarto e colocar na sala…. Talvez tenha sido o meu quarto com essa configuração, não sei. Café da manhã nota 7/10. Almoço no hotel com comida simples a preço acessível. Wonderful
Breakfast was wonderful. Fresh fruit, no egg shells in scrambled eggs, chef also makes eggs to your liking as well as tapiocas. Juices, coffee, hot chocolate, you name it. The room was also excellent. It truly is like a luxury apartment. Unfortunately, as is customary in Brazil, when the TV box went off, I called the reception and he told me “I’m sending someone”. I think both he and I knew that wasn’t gonna happen. Of course no one showed up. Again, that’s normal for Brazilian hotels. Next time it happened I just went downstairs. So the cable was very weak and the box kept shutting down or the screen went dark for about 3 seconds every time you watched. Funny cause usually I’m not the one to watch TV while trekking through Brazil but I knew apart from the beach there wouldn’t be much to do in this town. However, the lack of response to the TV issue didn’t take away from an amazing stay here.

Good view, great Wi-Fi connection
Good price, spacious and great view. Some of the hotel rules make no sense, like you can’t have guests, not sure if they can do that. Very good Wi-Fi? I had to work form my room and had no problems

Very disappointing.
I was very disappointed with this hotel and I would never stay again.The service was not very good my room worn and old with a hard bed everything needs updating.It really is too expensive for a rubbish hotel.

Great views and location!
It was a quick and easy check in process. Our bags were taken from us upon exiting the Uber. They could tell my Portuguese wasn't great and we spoke in English and Portuguese with no problems. I was informed that we were upgraded upon checking in as well. A nice surprise. Upon entering the room we realized we were put into the top suite on the top floor. It was huge! It had it's kitchen, dining room, balcony, living room and individual bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The view was amazing as it was between two other towers and just high enough above the small hotel in front of it. Perfect view of the beach and endless ocean. The room was very well kept and the only thing that showed age was the shower. It was the older electric shower that was smaller. The mattresses were not exactly new/comfortable either. Everything else was in great condition and very clean. The wifi was sufficient and worked in the entire hotel with no problems. The restaurant on site was typical Brazilian style buffet by weight. It was fine for breakfast and that's the only time we ate there. Everyone was helpful and always smiling here except for 1 guy in the restaurant. He was unhelpful and refused to even try to communicate. The rooftop pool was nice and secluded with a nice view of the ocean and the city. The location was a quick 2 minute walk to the sand and there was always plenty of Uber/Taxi's available out front. A great experience and we would stay here again!

Helped me through my first solo trip
It was my first time to Fortaleza, and my Portuguese was not as good as I thought, but the staff was very helpful. Reception was great, I actually got bumped up to a royal suite when I had only booked a premium, no extra charge, and the room was great. Nice view for the location. When I was checking out, I had been waiting on a taxi for awhile and they were late. One of the better english speakers came out to talk to me; not because they wanted me to move, but to make sure I was going to be taken care of. The neighborhood can be sketchy at times, cuz it’s Fortaleza, but not really a problem with some common sense and decent portuguese.

Amazing hotel in a perfect location with an incredible rooftop pool/view. The only thing I did not like was a service fee when we arrived. It was not much money, but that seemed unnecessary and a way to nickel and dime us for a bit more money. I highly recommend the hotel though.

Old and filthy
Apartment was old, lounge was pathetic, room really small. Air con was from the 80s and loud as airplane jet. Toilet was bad. Shower, had a heating head which was not functioning. Eventually end up taking shower in cold water. Uncomfortable bed. Breakfast buffet had hardly any choice and food wasn't fresh either. Staff was struggling to communicate in English, realistically there was only one staff that could speak any English. Fail of a hotel.
