Excelente hotel e funcionários muito cordiais e bem treinados. Acho que o check in foi meio bagunçado e nenhum benefício Expedia me foi oferecido. Pontos para melhora: ameneties nos quartos precisam de um upgrade, alguns locais (jacuzzi por exemplo) necessitam de algum grau de reforma, brinquedoteca estava MUITO suja.

Beautiful hotel and the area. The mattress was not so good. I was checked in a smaller room than what I booked at first. After that I was checked in in a room that I booked. But all stuff was very nice and the spa was amazing

It’s a nice place for fun with family and friends. Not good for people with limited mobility at all. Pool area is fun! Restaurant is good and also a good breakfast. The bedrooms need some repair and upgrades, especially the bathrooms. The staff is very nice! I would say it’s a 3 stars hotel.

Pros: very exclusive resort, quiet and calm, perfect for families, amazing amenities pool/bar/ restaurant, safe location, beachfront security and well staffed. Very clean and well maintained, guests are treated very well. Also gated front entrance, security guard on the parking lot. Views from the room are stunning. Bracelet for door access and room charges are super convenient. There is a Kiteinstructor on site, Ricardo, very personable and easy to talk to. He has the best English of the whole staff which understandably speak beautiful Portuguese. The kite gear locker is well located by the beach (I wish it didn’t have stairs though) and the air compressor was amazing! Cons: big room and relatively small bathrooms but that wasn’t a problem for us; towels by the pool are hard to find (they only exchange towel per towel or towel card... wish they were better distributed by the fresh water showers outside by the beach and poolsides); there is a horrible loud DJ every Saturday that was so unnecessary and unwelcome by us- it changed the calm zen feeling we had all week; lastly water bottles are only 300ml sizes (restaurant, bar, and mini room fridge)12 hrs of hot intense sun absolutely calls for LITER water bottles everywhere!! We went to a very close Shell gas station and got 1.5L bottles and also some cash (1 of the 2 ATMs in Cumbuco). Overall a wonderful stay and we’ll be back for sure!

This resort is located a few miles from Fortaleza (which is great). Very tranquil place and the amenities are great. Very nice pool and the restaurant is excellent. I recommend wholeheartedly

Great location and friendly staff
I arrived with my son around 1:00 PM and the first room smeled like cigaret. I requested to change rooms and the front desk immediately took care of the transition to another room. I notified the front desk about ants in the bathroom and requested some attention from the maintenance on the next day since it was already late. The following morning we were greeted by a roach. We requested another room and there we went to our 3rd room. On top of the ant and roach situation, the internet did not work and our bracelets that suposed to replace our room keys did not function properly. Getting into our rooms was a daily challenge. The ambiance and great food made up for the terrible condition of the bathrooms and uncomfortable beds. Another plus in this resort was the terrific costumer service from all staff. The pool was amazing and the breakfast fantastic!

Nice resort, with a good size pool and hot tubs. The grounds are well maintained, and being small it has a cozy feel. However, for the price, the service wasn't great. At lunchtime, we waited at an outdoor table for over 10 minutes for someone to serve us (we didn't want the buffet lunch). Several waiters walked right by our table without even looking our way...we finally left. Room cleaning and service was inconsistent. Some days they washed the floor and others they didn't even sweep. There were 2 bath, 2 hand and 1 floor towel when we checked in. After that sometimes they left only 2 hand towels, nothing for the floor. One day there was only 1 hand and 2 bath towels. Our room was wheelchair friendly, which in itself is not a problem for us, however, the shower and toilette are in the same stall with no divider. What that meant was that every time someone took a shower the toilette got wet. After the first shower we put a small towel over the toilette. As you can imagine, the day we had only one small towel in the room was it very inconvenient. A shower current between the two would be a good idea. No full length mirror in room. The food was average at best. What we ate was mostly good but not great. For breakfast there was a good variety but, some of the juice was watery, the pastries were often dry and flakey, scrambled eggs sometimes runny. We only had one supper buffet. Again okay, but certainly for the price, nothing outstanding.

Grande professionalità ed attenzione al cliente. Spiaggia curata e posizione dell hotel veramente ottimale per gite di tutti i generi. Vasta gamma di buonissimi alimenti freschi come torte e biscotti senza glutine e lattosio frutta e verdura eccellenti. Se viaggiate con cane contattare prima la struttura che vi indicherà quali sono le camere che ammettono e le regole da seguire.

Bom, mas longe da fama que a rede Carmel tem!
A estadia foi muito boa. O hotel oferece uma excelente estrutura, excelente atendimento recepção e piscina e um quarto espaçoso e confortável. Mas, temos várias ressalvas: a nossa cama estava com o colchão afundado, entramos em contato e informamos, mas falaram que iriam retirar o pilow top, que possivelmente era ele, mas não era. era o colchão mesmo, avisamos e nada resolveram. Além disso, o restaurante apresenta valores que não condizem com o prato entregue, pratos mal elaborados e com pouca apresentação. Atenidmento no restaurante também bem demorado. Por fim, achamos que o café era bom,tem um serviço de la carte interessante, com omelete, tapioca e cuscuz feitos na hora, ovos, bacon e queijo também, mas esperávamos mais da rede Carmel. Tinha pouca variedade de frutas, todos os dias apenas melão, mamão e melancia. Pouca variedade de bolos, frios e sucos. Enfim, Esperamos bem mais por ser uma rede de hotéis conhecida pela sofisticação e conforto.
