Clean, stylish, free pool table is nice. Gym was good enough. Very comfortable bed and pillows. The only negative was it rained hard and the noise coming through the hvac unit was brutal. Would check the weather before booking here again.

Like staying In Tru hotels but the noise from the room above us was terrible, it went on both evenings and both mornings, never stopped even after call to lobby.

The hotel checkin and unloading was quick and efficient, the staff was excellent. The only thing that keeps me from going 5 star all acrosss was the other guests, the noise from other rooms and people running down the hallways periodically until early in the morning was disruptive. Great hotel but guests need to show respect for others.

We woke to no power. What hotel does not have a backup generator? Getting around a room rushing to get around fir an event was near impossible with only a phone flashlight. No 9ffer of even cold cereal, muffins or anything for breakfast and our girls were playing a whole day of volleyball. We pick hotels purposely with breakfast included due to time crunches. Also, after the power came back on, my room never warmed back up and remained cold. I turned the heat up as high as i could and no hot air ever came out of the register. It blew air, but never hot. Front desk told me 3 times to give it time to catch up. Never offered anyone to come take a look. My last complaint was the pool temp! Way too cold. When the kids are spending more time in the shower down there to try to get warm, you know there is a problem. Will NOT stay here again!

We apologize for the inconvenience of the power outage, which was caused by a car accident in the area. We understand the frustration it may have caused. The hotel provided breakfast, by 6am which consisted of cereal, yogurt, muffins, whole fruit and bagels. We apologize if this was not available to you. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience of the power outage, which was out of the hotels control.

Is this a Dorm?
It was like staying in a $175/night dorm room. Could literally hear every noise everyone else made. Poor construction. No sound proofing.

All the staff was nice, helpful and happy. They were laughing and talkative. My car wouldn't start and one of the employees pulled his car over and gave me a jump start in less than 5 minutes. They had hot Fresh quality coffee 24/7 I will stay again for sure.

I'm a Regular
I'm a regular at this hotel. I work in Ft Wayne but live 50 miles away so when the weather gets nasty I stay at this hotel. My employer does not allow me to work from home. Predictable experience, friendly people (most of the time). Breakfast is above average for a hotel buffet and things are clean. I'll be back!

I've stayed at this property several times over the years and have had positive experiences. Consistent product. My only issue this time was the check-in experience. The gentleman that checked us in was less than enthusiastic. I felt as if I was an inconvenience to him. Had this been my first experience at this property I may not come back.
