Excellent suite for short stays and preparing meals. Full kitchen, including dishwasher. The pool and hot tub are definitely a bonus. Will stay again next trip.

Always a pleasure. The lady at reception is always so pleasant, makes me feel so welcome. Rooms are very nice, having a hotel with a kitchenette makes a much better experience for trips more than one night. This hotel is always clean and well kept.

Worst shower I've ever had, they have the worst hard water I've ever experienced. I couldn't get the soap off if I tried for a half hour. TV was brutal and kept skipping repeatedly, $350 damage deposit, worst I've ever seen. They take it right away and than takes up to a week to give it back. Last time for this guy

Wonderful, efficient check-in with friendly staff. Spotlessly clean room, pool & jacuzzi, Delicious breakfast (I loved the coffee & fruit available 24 hrs. Shuttle to airport very convenient. I’l be back.

Spacious suite with room darkening window covers. There was a small table with 2 chairs plus a desk chair and table that easily pulled out from the counter because it was on wheels. Ice bucket was insulated. I could go on and on. This place was top notch. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and offered a nice variety. There was an office behind the front desk with a window so if the staff was back there they could see someone at the counter and immediately come out.

Front counter staff (blonde lady) was amazing ! Super nice and easy to deal with ♥️ she was happy and sociable!! Definitely the best customer service I got so far and we travel a lot she gave a cookie to my kids and treats for my dogs :)

Door to suites slams shut causing loud noises throughout . Breakfast items in the glass display ( eggs) are barely warm. Limited dining, only fast food options nearby . Hot tub was out of order. Great coffee , large elevators , comfy beds , place is clean , overall rating is good

Thank you for the review. We do apologize for the negative experiences you experienced. The doors being loud is due to their design being made with potential fires in mind. Every room's door has a certain amount of weight and material behind them to help should a fire ever occur, which results in them being quite hefty. We'll look into what we can do to improve our breakfast offerings, and rest assured the hot tub will not be out of order for long. We hope to see you again!

It was very clean. Specious room size and nicely decorated. The lobby is well furnished. The swimming pool water was a bit cold and i suggest to be warmed

My overall stay at Home2Suites by Hilton Ft. St. John was comfortable, and relaxing. The staff from airport shuttle drivers, to receptionist, to housekeeping, everyone was courteous, and friendly. The property and amenities are clean, up to the mark. Will definitely pick this hotel for my next trip to Ft. St. John.
