So when we arrived at this beautiful home, it was such a beautiful place to rest and rejuvenate. "When we got there, we realized there was nkt a welcome packet or any directions on how to obtain the parking pass, so we had to check in with security everyday until we got one. The house itself looked good on the surface but we noticed that there was only a half roll of toilet paper, no dish soap or sponge, very minimal dishes, and the bathroom fan didnt work at all, and looked as if it had not been cleaned in a very long time. "Very comfortable house"

"Nails are protruding above decking and a safety hazard. The slider needs a new lock and currently not secure. The dish washer quit working. And, we had demolition next door with loud construction equipment and the smell of diesel exhaust. Considering the cost, we were quite disappointed. We enjoyed ourselves when we were not at the property."

"This property is a little dated but very nice and comfortable. Location is great and the screen porch is awesome. We enjoyed the breeze and watched the animals in the pond during the heat of the day. We will be back."

"We went in knowing the area is still rebuilding from not only hurricane Milton, but also from the one in 2022 (Ian). There were a few things in the home that needed attention and the owner was very accommodating, communicative and prompt in rectifying those issues.We loved the location! There were 3 beaches within 20-30 minute drive, and great shopping in the same reach.
