Great Clean Place to Stay!!

I enjoyed the location, the host made sure we had everything that we needed. The place was very clean and tidy! Perfect for the short trip we were taking.

Cozy basement apartment, very generous supplies

I was looking for a place to stay last minute for me and my kids in Fort Morgan and fortunately this place came up! My kids are small so the futon was perfect for my daughters. My son and I stayed in the room, which was just big enough for a pack and play. There were plenty of sheets, pillows, and blankets for everyone. There were also games, books, and a tv with Netflix and hulu on it. The bathroom was very nice and had towels, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. Overall a very nice stay and would love to return again.

Quick overnight stay

We arrived much later than planned due to a winter storm. Host still replied to my message promptly. Cute little setup for our quick stay while passing thru town. Was a little nervous as this was my first basement booking but it worked out great and I’m glad we chose it.

I liked how I had a dedicated parking spot and easy access into the basement apartment. The chickens were cute as were the raised vegetable beds and flowers. Decor was spot on inside and out.The apartment was clean and very well appointed with everything I needed to use.Eventually, I met both hosts, and they were quite personable and friendly. I did mention that the apartment was warm and stuffy upon my arrival. Even when I used the swamp cooler fan, opened the egress window, and used all of the fans, the basement was uncomfortably warm for me. Perhaps, a cross-breeze in the basement would have helped, but I didn't find any other opening to the outdoors. I knew August in Colorado might be hot. AC was not listed on the amenities list. I should have read more carefully.
