The staff were all very friendly. The breakfast was good with many options, however the "instant" coffee machine was terrible. Not even the bold coffee was good. The beds were hardly comfortable, rather like a thin pad on a box spring. The pillows were awful! Lumpy and flat. I have never slept so poorly in a hotel. Our son enjoyed the pool and making new friends there however. So overall it was not a terrible experience, I just would not stay again.

The hot tub was not hot and the jets didnt work. The breakfast was ok the 1st day. The 2nd day, the waffle batter was out. There was no milk either. Staff was good though and very friendly. Beds were comfortable but I hate sheets that come off during the night.

Staff was friendly and checked us in quickly, room in great condition and clean, our bed was comfortable, breakfast buffet was very good, the hotel is pet friendly. We always stay here when we visit Greeley, CO. The only thing that could be improved upon is having a nice setting area outside.

We wanted to have a night away from our 4 teenagers. I was looking forward to the hot tub but it was out of service. AARON made it all better by upgrading us to a king suite with a jacuzzi tub because we had Choice Rewards. The room was clean and quiet. Could use some updates though...We slept in so we missed the breakfast part but it smelled good.

After staying at the Country Inn next door, we came to the Comfort Inn that was head and shoulders above Country Inn. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were both clean. Will definitely stay here again.
