"After staying at a competitor hotel that had no free coffee, no luggage cart to move luggage up 3 floors, no microwave oven in the room, no free breakfast to name a few, it was refreshing to stay at Fairfield Inn and Suites where we felt valued as Guests and appreciated all of the amenities they provided. "Although the staff was experiencing computer difficulties during check in, they remained calm and attentive, offering snacks and drinks as we waited. Staff was respectful and responsive."

"This was my family's first time staying in the area for a concert at Metlife. After our terrific experience, we will stay here every time, not only for the convenience, but also for the friendly staff, clean rooms, and great breakfast after a late night. I do not understand the complaints about the shuttle system to Redd's to catch a bus to the stadium. Redd's runs a family friendly "tailgate" party which is a great way to start an event. Buses run often. We had no wait getting to Redd's and only a five minute wait after the sold out show. The drivers were friendly. Cost is $10 a person. I thought it added even more fun to the experience. Check in was simple. Instructions regarding the shuttle were well explained and staff was receptive to all questions despite a very busy hotel. Room was large and clean. Water pressure in the bathroom was fantastic. Breakfast buffet was extensive and regularly replenished. Yes, we paid a premium price- but I am ok with that based upon the convenience and services provided for concert/event go'ers- especially those traveling with children. "

"This is a nice property with a nice outdoor pool/lounge. It’s convenient to everything and the room was very clean and spacious. I definitely like how you need to scan your key to go the floor where your room is located. Very safe hotel"
