"After staying at a competitor hotel that had no free coffee, no luggage cart to move luggage up 3 floors, no microwave oven in the room, no free breakfast to name a few, it was refreshing to stay at Fairfield Inn and Suites where we felt valued as Guests and appreciated all of the amenities they provided.
