Great clean property nice owners

As advertised and as pics show, not a stand alone house but may as well have been. SUPER quiet, nice gated yard and fire pit with bbq area. Good wifi and big TVs in both living and bed room. Couches and bed were both comfortable. Neighborhood seems safe with newer well maintained cars parked in driveways and on the street. ONLY complaint is they prohibit AC from being turned below 72 and being from the far north we like it closer to 69 or 70, But overall a great expierence.

River Oaks - LOKAL Rentals.com

We enjoyed vacationing at this property very much. It is centrally located to main highway’s with easy access to local shopping & restaurants. It has a quiet private setting with outdoor social spaces. The apartment was spacious, updated and very comfortable. All amenities were provided for and the hosts are exceptionally friendly. I highly recommend it for couples who want to visit the Ft. Lauderdale FL area.

A lot of information was misleading online. No clear info on Laundry Amenities, the building is like an upgraded Motel, the way the doors are set up. Seems more like a place for emergency night stay instead of a planned getaway or vacation
