They didn't pay subscriptions to renew channels on TV and the worst was my room's TV had its wires cut. I had Expedia on one hand who reached out to the manager and yet they refused to compensate or even make changes. Please avoid this establishment if you can."

"Beautiful hotel with excellent staff and facilities. The restaurants serve delicious local dishes as well as international cuisine. The only downside is the area outside the hotel property, particularly near the ferry bay. It is beyond the control of the hotel but it is sad to see how the local government has ignored a naturally beautiful location to stray dogs, foul smelling garbage, poor drainage and abandoned public utility works etc. "
"It was a short stay. We landed at around 3 am and did not want to hit the roads in the middle of the night. And we decided to stay overnight at the airport Marriott.
The chauffeur Vishnu was very patient with us as we had to wait for a bit pick up a piece of baggage that we forgot.
Check-in was a breeze with Faizan who insisted that we have a late check out option arranged for and he was definitely right.
