"Wow…a little rough. There was no one working the front office so a dry erase board had our last name and room number on it. “Key in room” on the door. So much for personal security! The TV wasn’t working, so I had to call the number on the front door until someone finally answered. Cable box had to be “reset”. The room smelled like smoke and the walls are VERY thin. We heard the conversations of the people in the next room and was woken up by the barking dog from across the wall. I would recommend going to Alamosa! "
