"Good customer service "

"Laundry room was filthy, to go food everywhere. No quarter machine, sign said to go to front desk but they never had any. Told to go to the arcade in the mall but they were closed. Booked this hotel mainly because it has an indoor pool. The hotel rents out the pool to some swimming class several hours a week on different days. Nowhere is that stated on Expedia or their hotel website. If I’m booking a hotel I should have access to all amenities or be informed on the closure. Arrived a few hours early and asked if we can pay to check in early. The morning front desk agent said yes but it will be another hour before I can get into the room. He gave us breakfast passes and we went to eat. When we came back about 45 min later he was gone for the day and the new front desk employee said she would get us to a room shortly. 5 hours later we still don’t have a room. The lady left for break and the manager came over to us and asked if we needed anything. I told him a room we were told we would get 5 hours ago and he said no problem. He didn’t know why they didn’t check us in but said he would figure it out. Never heard from him the rest of the 3 day stay. Last day at 9:15 am, and hour and 45 min before checkout a person opened the door while knocking to clean the room. She walked in on my 16 year old son changing in the room. I love Hilton properties, but the need to pull their name off this location. "

"It was bad. The view was nice. There's no free wifi. There's free wifi at McDonald's. This is a couple hundred a night minimum place. Call front desk and no one will answer. No room service. No pool. Restaurant doesnt serve lunch. Breakfast is something ridiculous $$. We had to be moved, bc of a huge leak coming out of an electrical socket over the bathtub, middle of night. They moved us in the AM and we had to repack and transfer everything (cribs etc). Asked for a refund for at least that one night. Each person i spoke to said yea yea sure i got you and would never call back. They just say oh what can we do we got you its Expedia you booked on oh so we can't refund but we'll see how we can do this....silence. dont book 3rd party. Dont book sheraton pentagon city, except for a view. Very weird hotel. Front desk was also rude to my fiance. Sheree was very kind and Asya (sp) was very helpful on check in. "

"Clean property and convenient location for getting around DC. The breakfast was great and staff was friendly."

"I had an amazing day. The hotel is actually very gorgeous. The lobby is wonderful, there’s a Starbucks right in the lobby in the staff is top-tier. I love my room. I was upgraded in. This location is wonderful. I absolutely look forward to coming back and staying longer."

"Staff did not do anything to stop the children running up and down the halls and stairwells at all hours of the night."

"This is a ‘no frills’ option; but if you are sightseeing like we were the bedrooms had everything you needed. Bring earplugs as you are on a busy corner. But you are SO well situated to walk to all the sights and get the metro to/from Dulles and bus to Georgetown. Would happily stay here again. The staff were all extremely helpful "

"The hotel was great. About 6 blocks from the White House and a mile walk to the Washington Monument. The staff were extremely friendly and very attentive to us. Always greeted us with a smile. We ate dinner about two times and it was great. We had espresso in the morning with Carlos and he was very attentive. "
