"This was by far the best place I have stayed in Taiwan while living here for 2 months. The staff goes above and beyond, and they are some of the r kindest and sweetest people we have met. They helped us with the bus schedule, brought us breakfast to our room, and even picked us up from Yuchi when there were no other busses to get back. We are so grateful for them and would stay with them again in a heartbeat."

"On the same street as Wyndham Sun Moon Lake, but cost 10x less. Good for 1-2nights stay. Clean place with private, lockable cabins, and very near the ITA Thao shopping street and pier. You can walk along the lake to the cable car station and the Nine Frogs Stack 九蛙疊像. Even though the opening hours of some food stores are quite unpredictable, there are plenty of options and two convenience stores around."

"Customer service was top notch. One lady in particular drove us to and fro the local laundromat voluntarily since there was no dryer on site. The laundromat had commercial sized washers and dryers so our family loads were done quickly."
