"Terribly outdated, unclean, Air Conditioner barely worked and was so noisy I had to wear ear plugs. Had to walk through a huge cloud of pot smoke to get to the room. Shower head was chest high in a old cracked bathtub."

"Room was not clean shower rusted. Debris was in the sink, floor not swept. Breakfast bar should be removed no real choices, to select. Parking was adequate. Room was not serviced. Items like towels and trash left in the hall over a day. I will not stay here again."

"We chose this property for the price and its proximity to the UAB Children's Hospital. The property itself was clean and the staff was friendly for the most part. It's a little tight getting into front of the hotel for check in and odd having to drive down an alley to get to the parking lot behind the building. Parking was quite tight especially for guests driving longer vehicles like trucks. I'm not sure if there were enough parking spaces if the hotel was at capacity. I found out upon check-in, after paying for the room in advance when I made the reservation, that I then had to pay $25 just to park at the hotel. Where else would I want to park except the hotel I was staying at. The room (suite) was quite large and had pretty much everything anyone would need during a stay. The sofa, I assume a pull-out bed, was not comfortable but the beds were adequate. I stepped out briefly to grab a bite to eat for the family when a staff member knocked on our door claiming there was too much noise coming from our room and according to my wife and granddaughter was not pleasant. My 2yr old great-granddaughter was asleep and the TV wasn't on. My wife and granddaughter were on their phones waiting on me to return. That interaction was a turn-off."

"Staff wasnt very friendly at all they were pretty rude gotten attitude from them when i asked for a piece of tape got hung up on the phone 3 times. Got left on hold for 25 minutes. And one person was even talking about how 10 cops came in and scared her right before we walked in then called her mother and told us to wait so she can tell her the story. You dont do that...."
