Portofino Inn Burbank
10/10 Excellent
"--There should be a person at the front desk more often, at more times of the day and night.
--The sink water is sometimes hard to control. I had trouble getting back to cold from hot.
--There are sometimes bugs in our room (some ants, and I had to kill a cockroach).
--Re-open Frank's Restaurant. We loved eating breakfast there. If it had been open, it would have been so convenient for us since we were staying right there at the hotel.
Otherwise, the staff was friendly and service was excellent."
"My hometown, and it’s a pleasure to come back and stay in an iconic hotel The Safari Inn has been around since I can remember!
Really nice room, comfy beds
Only thing that could improve is the shower water pressure!!!"
"It was perfect for our weekend trip to Universal Studios. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly, would definitely recommend! 12 minute drive/uber to Universal! Also great coffee machine in the lobby with delicious pastries included. "
