"We've been staying at Hotel Burbank twice a year for at least 3 or 4 years. It has everything going for it EXCEPT they will not give you daily room cleaning service. All I really want is fresh towels and wastebaskets emptied. I don't think this is asking too much. Hotels did this before Covid, but now they are iffy because it saves them money by hiring fewer staff. Hotel Burbank tells you that all you need to do is request service the day before you want. So on check in, I ask and they assure me they are noting it down and it doesn't happen! I end up calling the front desk or stopping people servicing the empty rooms to get fresh towels. On the other hand, I'm saving money on the tip I put out that never gets picked up because no one comes. The location is great -- you can walk to nice restaurants and shops. The hotel itself offers some decent food choices. I'd give it higher marks if they would simply fulfill their promise of serving the room."

"It’s great iconic hotel. I do have to say it is quite outdated which I did figure but the amenities were not the best and the staff didn’t know basic things about the hotel for example where the ice machine was. But charging 75 a day to keep your car on the property was one of the most egregious things of the trip. I get paid parking the hotel I work at does it but 75 a night… that is definition of gouging your guests. Maybe tie in free or discounted parking for guests. Room was clean and tidy. Restroom was shockingly small though."

"Our door’s security latch was broken and the room phone didn’t work so it didn’t exactly feel like the most secure room. Also, the parking kinda sucks with you having to either trap your car behind another car or give the front desk your car key so they can pull your car out to free others. So that didn’t feel super safe either. But besides that, it was a perfect hotel"

"The staff was fabulous, the food good but the bed was like sleeping on a board-too hard. I requested a pillow top but it didn’t make a big difference. Didn’t sleep well a d woke up achy every morning. Maybe they should invest in some softer mattresses or sleep # or purple mattresses. The pillows leaves much to be desired too. "

"The room needs updating. Not enough electrical outlets, some didn't work. The lighting could be better. It was difficult to figure out how to turn lights on. The ambient light switch was all the way at the end behind a lamp between the second bed and the window. The switch by the door was useless and only lit a small portion. The bathroom didn't have enough spots to hang wet towels. Considering this is a room for a larger number of people, I'd expect the room to accommodate that number of people better. The fridge was leaking when we came in. The beds were comfortable, although I wish we could get a comforter for the sofa bed, not just blankets. The pool was a hit and the restaurant by the pool was very good. We had dinner and breakfast there. All the staff was amazing and accommodating, even getting us a back area elevator ride when a special event was taking up the lobby elevators and the wait was very long. Very appreciative."

"My husband and I stayed for 2 nights. We had a great stay. Our room was spacious and clean. The location is great for site seeing. The food at the bar in the lobby was delicious and convenient for us. The staff was all very friendly. I would definitely recommend staying at this property if you want to be in Hollywood."
