"Staff were very friendly and helpful. The place is a little gem and the evening meal very acceptable and value for money. Breakfast was good in the main apart from a bit of grease being noticed. Our room was comfy and dark , a little noisy at times as guests arrived and departed but overall we would gladly stay again."
"I booked the lake side Lodge for my partners birthday, from the moment of getting there the experience was gorgeous, beautiful Lodge with stunning views. The food in the restaurant was absolutely beautiful, the best steak ive had, melted in your mouth, the staff were helpful, polite and the decor throughout was very boutique..would definitely book to go again."

"This property is in a quiet place right next to Dryburgh Abbey. It's a great location to explore the other abbeys and small towns in the area. The rooms were quite large with large bathrooms. It's an old building, so the floors slope, which for us, added to the charm. The restaurant is very good for dinner. If I'm ever in the area again, I would definitely stay there."
"Outstanding service, food, amenities and grounds. We enjoyed our 5 days at Schloss Roxburghe immensely which made it truly difficult to tear ourselves away. The Golf course is spectacular and the views of the rolling hills, ancient bridge and cattle in the distance are so delightful. Nod to the lovely staff at both the clubhouse and estate. The dinner at Charlie's was superb and Sunlaws was exceptional. The service we received throughout our stay was so welcoming and first class. We could have spent the whole day at the wonderful spa so I can appreciate why there is a 4 hour limit. I would also add that the town of Kelso is close by and we enjoyed shopping and dining there as well. Looking forward to returning to Schloss Roxburghe!"
