"My husband and I stayed there since our flight from Catania airport was super early the next day. The service was good we asked to be moved from the first room since it was not that clean. The front desk rep. did move us no problem. However he failed to let us know that there is a way to go across the street to the beach with chairs and umbrellas. The restaurant was good and the atmosphere was good."

It was lovely to have the pool at our disposal, and the spa would have been wonderful had it been open.The bed was comfortable but the room had a musty smell and there seemed to be mold spores between the shower tiles. "This hotel is ideally located. Close to the main square and lots of lovely restaurants. It’s also very quiet. The staff were incredibly helpful especially when you want to book tours to mount etna. I highly recommend booking this as it is a great day out. Breakfast in the morning was lovely and there were lots of choices. My room on the first floor was ideal for a solo traveller.
