"Property and location were very nice. I would recommend the hotel, only complaint was first room we checked into was very musty and damn smelling, front desk was great and relocated us."

"Reception were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and had nice areas for sitting. The bedroom was clean and comfortable and had a safe and fridge. The pool looked good although we weren’t in it although the sunbed area is quite small and busy. Overall a great hotel for a lovely stay in the Algarve. The beach is just over the road which is great for those who like to spend time there."

"Room 205 Requested a wheelchair friendly room. They said the sea view rooms doesn’t have wheelchair access. They did help by putting a chair in the tub and a step stool. Room 205 was on the second floor. It was very noisy. You can hear the people outside talking, loud music from Jupiter hotel till midnight.asked to be moved and they told us rooms are fully booked. This ROOM was not worth the price. Not worth 400$ a night Situated near main attractions and near beach"

"Overall, this is a good hotel with excellent facilities, especially the water park, which is the highlight of the resort. There are a few areas that could be improved. The breakfast is very repetitive, with almost the same selection every day. Reception staff are polite, but there are not enough of them during busy periods, resulting in long waits. Housekeeping could also be more thorough, as the beds are not always cleaned or made to a good standard. Unfortunately, a power bank was reported missing from one of our rooms during the stay, which was disappointing. The staff could also be more friendly and welcoming. Overall, the hotel offers a pleasant stay, but improvements in these areas would make the experience even better."
