"Overall this place was great for our couples group I appreciated not having bunk beds piled into the other rooms and the 3 full bathrooms were a plus!! It had everything we needed for cooking, but would suggest the sign not to cook with the local water be more visible. Also the required deposit should be listed in the breakdown of Cost on the VRBO site. You have to read about it in the rental agreement. Overall great location with beach right across the street. I would be careful with little ones, the Coastal Highway you have to cross is super busy and the drivers are not very beach goer friendly… Only other suggestion is a good outside power wash everything is covered in bird poop probably common for the beach but stood out to me! Would for sure recommend to others and stay again. There was also no beach equipment like I have seen in other rentals besides a cooler so if you’re coming locally bring your stuff!’ "

"The house was simply amazing. My office does a beach outing every year and this has been the best house we have stayed at. The location was beautiful, right next to beach so was super easy to set up and bring items to the beach. We had multiple families staying overnight, and had plenty of room. I particularly liked the large kitchen and outdoor area, really nice for our large group. Beds were very comfortable and entire house was very clean. We would definitely like to stay here again. "
