"It was a good property!The only thing I was disappointed in was the washer wouldn’t fill and when I called the host, she said nobody could get out there to fix it! And we had ants in the kitchen and she didn’t send anyone out to exterminate"

"Very nice place to stay! super easy to check in and the place was clean with a nice welcoming tv beach vibes but unfortunately we where also welcomed with cockroaches in the kitchen. We stayed for at least 4-5 days at the beach house so we bought enough food for those days but unfortunately we had to throw the food away quickly the next day because the closet had huge cockroaches roaming on the food even if we had the food closed in bags. Other than that everything was perfect! Super nice view and the rooms are big! Loved waking up with the noise and smell of the ocean! definitely would book this house again next year!﫶"

"This is the perfect beach house for a big group with lots of space, plenty of beds and a great kitchen. The beach is just steps away and the views of both the beach and bay are awesome.Jerry is the coolest. Very responsive and checked on us if we needed anything. We’ll definitely be back."

"The house has an excellent floor plan for large gatherings. It is missing a few convenience items like a hair dryer, hangers for clothes (there are no dressers for storage) and wine glasses (plastic or otherwise). We brought beach towels, beach chairs, beach tent, beach toys, coolers and a rake for the seaweed to make our stay more comfortable."

"The house was wonderful. Everything was very clean and kitchen was well stocked. Had everything you need and more. Beds were very comfortable. The host was amazing. Answered all our questions very quickly. Will definitely be back. Very enjoyable weekend. "

"The house was in a great location but there were a lot of negatives. When we checked in there was a musty smell. It definitely was not aired out for guests. I thought it was just bc the house is on the water but it was the septic that stuck the whole stay. (We’ve stayed in a lot of remote places and the smell was pretty bad) There was a grill listed on the listing but when we went to use it there was no propane tank and it was dirty and the coating was peeling off. The shower was great. Lots of towels provided. As well as the beds were comfortable but there was only a comforter provided. No top sheet. All in all I would not stay there again. "
