"Host was great communication, house was clean well stocked with pots pans, trash bags, zip lock bags etc. Beach view was wonderful. Hated no immediate beach access from House. But could drive short distance to access beach. Water at house was a little smelly. I think filter was off. Also I'm not use to water near the ocean. Could of been a me thing. We had plenty of room."

"We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary with the kids & grandkids & we all had a terrific time. The house had enough space for everyone. The beds were very comfortable. The AC was cold! The kitchen was large enough for all of us & laid out well enough for just one of us. We were on the beach much of the time, the weather was perfect. Porches, porch furniture & steps were all very sturdy. Jerry the owner was very responsive, whenever we reached out to him. Plenty of parking. We hope we get to do it again sometime!"

"We enjoyed our stay. The house was nice and as described. Our only concern was the lack of supplies needed for the trip. Such as, there was only 1 trash bag and the dishes soap was almost empty . The dishes that were put away were still dirty so I had to hand wash everything before I used it. The inside of the house had a stagnant urine smell that was pretty strong."

"Property was great! Nice decor, clean, comfortable beds. Rooms were spacious. Plenty of bathroom. Right on the beach Had a wonderful stay. Only suggested improvements would be replacing the sectional, it’s a little worn out and install a hose by the outdoor shower to rinse off beach equipment. But great house all around."

"This property was Wonderful! We loved the layout with the kitchen/great room and there were abundant bedrooms and bathrooms. The appliances worked well, unlike others' experience. Our issue with A/C units was quickly fixed when we found out we needed to keep bedroom doors closed if they had an individual unit. Our kids enjoyed the private theater room. The house was quiet upstairs and we rarely heard people outside on the beach. Having read reviews we brought a large set of Corelle dishes, thank goodness. (The house has plates/bowls for 7-8 people.) We didn't bring silverware though and had to get by with plastic utensils, since there was also silverware for 7-8. There were tons of hot drink cups.We brought a large Britta, but the tap water was so bad that it didn't make it palatable so we bought tons of drinking water for 20 people. We also bought our own cutting board and spices and made do with the limited pots and pans available. Be sure and bring kitchen linens too; we left a few. The refrigerator is adequate and there is a lot of freezer space. Plenty of parking. Grocery runs were about 25 minutes away.The location on the beach is as described and you can get from the house to the beach barefoot on the wooden walkway. The alligator in the nearby pond was a surprise. He didn't bother us, though we would have worried with a toddler nearby. Overall, it was the space we were looking for and we made do by purchasing water and a few kitchen items."
