"Food was varied and plenty at every meal. The staff is kind and goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need.the views and the balcony are spectacular. The only negatives: beaches are tiny and very rocky. Sea is crystal clear and refreshing but you have to walk down hills and mountains to reach the beaches and it can be challenging for small children or older people. Beaches are public and you have to pay 10 euros for a bed. In the hotel, Ac is perfect. However, you cannot put toilet paper in the toilet which was super inconvenient and unsanitary. The rooms are carved into the mountain which creates a romantic atmosphere but after a week up and down stairs and narrow passages, I do not mind leaving. Overall, it was a nice stay but would not come back."

"Our stay couldn’t have been more perfect. The host was extremely responsive. Everyday the hosts father delivered fresh eggs, breads, fruits and pastries from a local bakery. We had four families and the compound suited us all very well. My only issue is we only two openers for the gated driveway which made splitting up difficult. They helped coordinate a private DJ for a 50th birthday party and massages at the compound. They are able to assist with so much more. Our flight out was not until almost 10pm and allowed for a very late checkout. We couldn’t have asked for a better host. You do need a car for this stay. It’s up in the hills and gets quite windy which was a lovely break from the hot sun. I hope you enjoy your stay here as much as we did."

"Our family of five stayed a week at the villa. The stay was absolutely perfect. The house was exactly as described and in very good condition, there is nothing to complain about.We recommend that you rent a car if you stay at the villa since the walk into town is a bit long and the return walk is uphill.Agia Pelagia is a nice small village close to the villa with supermarkets and a bakery we visited daily.The hosts at the villa helped us with everything we needed and was always very cheerful. The kids loved the pool and there was always both sun and shade to be found given the outside areas facing different directions."

"The villa itself is very large and has a great layout inside as well. All five rooms were clean and well furnished, and the kitchen/lounge area is especially nicely decorated with a good size tv. We particularly enjoyed the two balconies and the ability to close the shutters leading to them to prevent the light getting in at night, a very nice feature to have.The outdoors area also has lots to do, with a huge pool and several places for admiring the brilliant view from the top of the hill. With how high up the villa is, this is definitely one of the best things about staying here, the views from all directions are fantastic and some of the best we saw in the area. We would definitely recommend staying here, great value for money with the size and quality of the property. The only thing we would change it is that on a lot of map apps, the villa does not show up which can make it difficult for taxis to find it. This wasn’t too significant an issue because there are places right next to it which can be used to find it, but it was slightly confusing the first time when looking for it."

"Was a lovely experience made wonderful by the host and owners who were so lovely and welcoming and helpful. It was a way from the main town which was really amazing with great beach and restaurants. You would need a car. Also the pool is very small in the apartment we were in, but I’m a beach person. Clean and compact. The other apartments were considerably bigger. The garden will look spectacular in a year. There is a very good restaurant at the little resort over the road too. "
