Very Bad hotel. Not Recommended! Bathroom is shared with other 4 people rooms. Only two toilets. Breakfast is nothing but only snacks and coffee. Bed is not comfortable to sleep. Price is too much for the bad facilities. This property shall not be in Expedia.

Alles in allem Ok.

Die Unterkunft an und für sich ist schön. Leider ist eine extrem stark befahrene Strasse mit einer Unterführung und die Bahngeleise direkt neben dran, so ist es v.a. auch Nachts sehr laut im Zimmer. Die Unterkunft war ansonsten sauber, einzig das Bett hat z.T. etwas muffig gerochen.

Bien pour un court séjour

L'accueil y a été parfait. Marisa est très gentille et professionnelle. La chambre était propre et fonctionnelle avec un frigo et même un micro-ondes. Les salles d'eau sont propres (peut-être un autre pommeau de douche serait plus agréable). Endroit proche de la gare et donc loin de rien. Le seul bémol est le bruit à l'extérieur et même entre les chambres. Ceux avec un sommeil fragile peuvent être dérangés.

Many thanks to Marisa, I had a great 2 night stay. Room was clean and the air con was lovely. Bathrooms are cleaned every day and towels provided in your room. I didn't opt in for the breakfast so can't comment. Great location, 5 minute walk to the train station and from there you can easily navigate to all the main sights, plazas and restaurants. Marisa was so lovely and welcoming, she booked a tour for me...the day tour to San Gimignano, Siena and Chianti and I highly recommend this. I was travelling alone and felt very safe and comfortable here.

Derzeit leider ein Flop

Leider war vor der Unterkunft eine Straßen-Baustelle mit Presslufthammer. Und leider arbeiteten die Bauarbeiter nachts, so dass ich trotz Ohrstöpsel nicht schlafen konnte. Ich fand es ziemlich unfair, dass dieser Umstand nicht vor Buchung mitgeteilt wurde, sonst hätten wir das Zimmer sicherlich nicht gebucht. Die Gastgeber waren jedoch sehr nett und wir durften die 2. Nacht in einer anderen Unterkunft 2 Straßen weiter übernachten, wo es auch ruhig war.

Utmärkt litet guest hous som har vad du behöver. Trevlig personal som möter upp när du kommer. Låg utmed stor väg och tågen ganska nära men det hördes inte så mycket, värre med snarkande grannar...lyhört invändigt. Och ett generellt problem i Italien så även på detta ställe är hårda kuddar! Så ta med din egen om du som jag är känslig. Ligger lite åt "fel håll" från centrum med allt ståhej men ändå gångavstånd 10-15 minuter.

Cozy hotel in a convenient place

Stayed for two nights here and loved it! The owner is very kind and helpful and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. Super conveniently located near the central station. Only downside is the noise from the street can be loud at all hours of the night - I slept with earplugs to block out the noise. Aside from that it was a lovely stay and I'd definitely book it again.

駅に近くておすすめて

駅から歩いて１０分弱くらい。キレイなフラットで全部で4部屋とバスルーム２つです。清潔でお部屋もキレイにされています。ホテルに人がいないので事前にメールで建物への入り方等詳しく教えてくれます。キッチンはありませんが廊下に電子レンジと部屋に電子レンジと湯沸かしポットがありました。

1 NOTTE A FIRENZE

Se dovessi ritornare a Firenze sicuramente alloggerei ancora in questo hotel, è comodo in 15 minuti sei in centro e vicino c'è la stazione ferroviaria!!! Lo consiglio vivamente!!
