This was a wonderful place to stay. Easy check in with good instructions and the facilities were great. Close to the train station and the city and a tram right out side and buses a block away. Would recommend this to anyone.

Very good.

Easy check in, good location. Everyting is good and clean. Easy to go city center by walking - 15 minutes. And public transports are very close.

Our unit was clean and comfortable. The bathroom is shared but was kept clean and stocked. There is a tram outside the window but the noise did not bother us. We could walk to anywhere we wanted to go but the tram was there for anyone that would need it.

Lovely clean and spacious room. Super clean bathroom, possibly even over cleaned because there was always a cleaner there! Only two complaints really; it’s quite a long walk to the centre (which we don’t mind because we like to walk) and it’s very noisy from very early in the morning and late at night due to tram station next door.

The room was great. It had heating, a comfortable bed, clean towels, and clean sheets. The room itself was quite spacious and comfortable. The only downside was the other guests. I never saw them, so that was fine, but at 6 a.m. on the days I stayed, they were up, opening and closing doors, and walking heavily. It's quite unpleasant when you're trying to rest.

The property is easily accessible from the train station and the self check in was very convenient. The shared bathroom was always clean and well maintained. The heat in Florence was about 40C and the fan was not strong enough to create some air circulation so the room would become extremely hot. About a 20 minute walk to Santa Maria di Fiore and right in front of public transit.

I felt like when you go to Mack Donald's, you don't get what you see in the menu, you get an approximate... So, for the price we payed was OK and the location was also very good but you get another expectation from the pictures you see from the page reservation, that's why I compared with Macdonalds.

Beautiful, spacious room.

By the station so good location but was a little difficult to find. The room was huge and beautiful cannot fault the room apart from it could of had coffee/milk (only had a kettle in the corridor with flavoured tea) only a small negative though. This property is shared bathroom, shared between 3 rooms in total. The bathroom was a good size etc but pleaae be aware that you could have inconsiderate neighbours like we did who where very noisy at 2am coming in and were sprawled out very intoxicated in the bathroom for 45 mins approx even after being told we needed to use the bathroom. However this wasn't the hosts fault.

The room is big, the towers were clean, pillows are low, the room was clean, however is really hot, the fan is not enough, for some reason there is too much noise at night. The shower was flooding, leaving the bathroom wet and smelly, and it is extremely small. Sharing the bathroom was a really bad experience as the check out is 10am, you will need to wake really early if you want to shower before leaving, I feel we shared the same bathroom as the owners. I asked the owner if we could check out a few minutes later than 10am, but the answer was No, even after explaining my situation I got no answer to my text message. I had to drop off the rented motorcycle before checking out and I got late because of the queue to use the bathroom and had to run back to do the check out at 10am, I just wanted a few minutes to organise myself instead of rushing back to get the luggage.

Hallway around the room smelled of strong smoke. City tax payment was requested in cash only and was very inconvenient to arrange/coordinate. Was not a hotel, it more of an apartment. But the room was great with balcony.

The room sucked. Bed is uncomfortable, the Wi-Fi doesn’t work. The bathroom situation is horrible. They just give you one towel and not even towel to dry your hands.. I would not recommend staying here. It is such a rip off.
