The staff were lovely and we had good air conditioning in our room at all times. There were facilities in the hotel to fill up our water bottles before leaving for the day which is always very helpful. It was in a great location, only a short walk to all the main tourist spots in Florence!

This is a great place to stay for 2 or 3 days. The rooms are very comfortable but quite small and wardrobe space limited (if you were planning a longer stay). But overall excellent value for money. We would certainly stay there again.

I would give 6 stars if I could - rooms are decorated beautifully & are super clean. the location - especially if you want to visit the Accademia early in the morning - is perfect. I loved the coffee & snack station the lobby. everyone working there was also super friendly (they recommended me a great pizza place that matched my needs perfectly). I would absolutely choose this hotel again for my visit to Florence.

Close to everything but just enough away as not to be too busy. The room was clean and tidy and the shower had good pressure. There are a few stairs but not many. A big plus is the always friendly and helpful staff. I would go back there again.
