Wonderful hotel - friendly & helpful staff, spotlessly clean. Beautiful breakfasts with wide range of selection. Close to tram stop from airport. Close enough to town to walk to see the sights. There was also a well equipped gym includung treadmill and outdoor swimming pool Would definitely recommend.

Once you're inside this hotel, it's fine. The room is modern, the bed is comfortable, the restaurant is nice. The problem is outside the hotel. It's located in an unattractive part of town. It's not in the part of town that tourists want to see, it's a 10 minute walk from the picturesque part of town. With many other hotel options avaliable in Florence, many of which are located in the beautiful part of town, I don’t think that I'll ever choose to stay here again.

1 night romance trip in Florence

Great new hotel! Kind and helpful staff, great bar, nice breakfast. Location isn’t in the heart of Florence but it’s close to the train station and the rooms were very well appointed, modern and clean. Would stay here again!

I like the design of the room. The hotel is very new and the cleanliness is good. Located around railway station is very easy for us to access. And the front desk staff are nice and warm. Breakfast is also good with plenty of choices and comfy sitting area. Highly recommended!

My family and I stayed 5 nights and 6 days. For the location being walking distance to the train station, restaurants and laundromat, this was ideal. The bed was larger than most queen size bed. Room smelled clean. There was plenty of towels in our bathroom. The complimentary drinks and snacks in our minibar was nice so was the in room coffee and hot water kettle. The water pressure in our shower was nice and strong. Only a couple negative comments, our safe in our room didn’t work throughout our stay. It couldn’t be replaced because it’s built into the closet. There was some caulking in bathtub needed to be redone. It made the shower walls look old. The female staff in the front desk wasn’t as helpful or friendly when I had asked about extending my stay and the price difference between the search engine vs hotels site. Lastly, it would been helpful if they offered bell service and had our luggage taken to our room. Because we extended our stay for 2 extra days for 2 rooms, it would have been nice if management gave us credit towards the restaurant or bar, something to show some appreciation. Location feels a little dark to be walking in the evening if traveling alone.

This hotel was wonderful option in Florence- bed extremely comfortable, smaller room but clean and modern. Breakfast was better than other hotels in Italy and staff were all great.
