Convenient parking, but not sure to get a spot, we always seemed to get the last spot. Ok breakfast, but no eggs/bacon, only hard boiled eggs. Internet slow, it's time to upgrade it. Good roomy rooms. Overall a very good value in Florence. Recommended.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, unfortunately, the bathroom sink was half clogged and the shower had no handset. Good breakfast. The location near the station is also good for those arriving by train, it's a shame there was nothing nearby but it was always necessary to return to the center.

This hotel made me seriously doubt the ratings
Hotels like these make me seriously doubt the ratings on Hotels.com. An 8.2 for what? A highly overpriced hotel - during the same week i stayed at 4 star hotel in La Spezia and a 5 star hotel in Rome for a daily rate less than this 3 star hotel. Very basic breakfast - No fruits or vegetables. Bread and croissants were either over done or under done to the point where you can't eat. One tart of 1 square inch is the only sweet option. Boiled eggs and a few sorry looking cold cuts - make up the rest of the table. Towels are laid on a stool a feet away from the WC, one flush without closing the lid and the spray from the flush will end up on your towels and potentially your face when you use the towel. Only one pillow per person on the bed. One can hear the street noises and the train noises even with the external and internal windows closed. B&B's make more effort than this hotel does. All in all a disappointment

Its pretty close to restaurant and transportation and walkable. Very nice breakfast in a very busy street you might miss the parking entrance. Our room didn't have a shower curtain so everything gets wet, orther then that nit a problem.

Great 3 days in Florence!
The overall experience is great. The hotel rooms could use a bit of uplift. Walking distance to the historic district. Breakfast has everything you need. Parking is limited but available. No problems with the stay. Could recommend.

It was only about 10 minutes from the train station, by tram only about 3 minutes - exactly what was stated in the promo. The breakfast was fine and the staff (Marco) very helpful, even changing our room after having a noisy neighbour without any fuss. The room was large with a good aircon and the bathroom was clean. Yes, we would stay here again.

Walkable distance from train station with fully loaded packs. Very helpful and friendly staff from reception to the household staff. Beside busy muliti lane road but actually room was quiet. Supermarket and laundry easily walkable.

Staff was great. Location near the train station was an advantage for a quick 1 night lay over. Rooms typical European size. Walking distance to major attractions. Overall a great place to stay.

Room was basic but functional. Good for a short stay. We stayed three nights to visit Florence and found the staff friendly and breakfast was more than adequate and really set us up for the day. Five minute walk to the train station and 15 minutes into city centre.

It couldn't have been worse. The olny reason i booked this hotel was the free parking spot that was advertised for it as well. And the biggest disappointment is that you are not garanteed one. So as all others who have booked this hotel have a car as well, cause there is no other reason you'd book it, you basically wont find one easy, if you did and you decided you want yo take your car out and back, you dedinilty won't. So you have to go and find a garage or a spot on the street where you have to wake up at 8am and put money in the meters. Another weird thing, at breakfast there was only one table available, went to sit there and they told me that it was reserved. Who reserves a breakfast table at a 3 star hotel! So we had to wait untill somone finished to sit. And by the time we were done, that same table was still reserved for no one.

We opened the door to our room and went wow what a great room. It was very spacious and clean with great block out curtains. Staff were lovely and helpful. The breakfast was beautiful and a fantastic variety of foods on offer. The hotel was an easy walk from the train station with luggage and a safe area to return to at nighttime.

Nice hotel close to train station.
The staff was great and very friendly. Room was nice. We had a handicap room which was bigger so that was nice but the room needed some repairs. The glass shower door had been broken and it had just been tapped over. One of the toilet flush buttons didn’t work. Our room faced a very busy street so it was VERY noisy.

The overall hotel condition was not too bad, the problem is. This hotel is located on a very busy street with 24 hours load road noise. I am a light sleeper and I could not fall sleep with the road noise and the scooters blowing their horns all night

Unpleasant experience. Hotel advertised as free parking, there was no parking available. The staff directed us to park across the street at pay parking, no spots available there either. Found out they only have about 15 parking spots and over 50 rooms. There is a great chance most of their guests are getting screwed too. Wi-fi never worked in the room, barely worked at the reception desk. My advice, stay away from them, false advertising

Brief visit to Florence
For the most part hotel and staff were wonderful. Neighborhood and noisy neighbor were less than ideal. Hotel is in opposite direction of city center but relatively close to train station

Horrible!!!!!!!!!!! Run and never stay here!!!! The room and continental breakfast was ok but their rudeness ruined our entire stay!!! The person in front was rude and asked for our passports to check in and that it would take minutes and he would return them. When I asked why he yelled at me that he would return them. The food last for breakfast was extremely rude and yelled at me to sit down and eat breakfast. The entire stay was horrible and ruined 2 days in Florence. We got another hotel around the corner that was excellent!!! The Londra which I highly recommend!!

My only regret of my Florence experience.
I booked this hotel because its proximity to the train station, but hotel fell short on my expectations. This is more like a bed and breakfast hotel. Do not expect nothing else. Also not good for lodging beyond 2 days because the limited amenities and not serviceable front desk staff. These is an old building been remodeled, but still have the smell of an old house and no sound isolation inside your room, you can hear every noise coming out of your room.
