Great location and easy walk from the T2 airport tram. Close the Market with amazing food options. Good friendly service and a clean hotel. The breakfast is well catered for as well. I would recommend this hotel For a short stay and a good price.

Great Hotel!

This is my 2nd time staying here. Nice, clean hotel in the heart of centro storico, about a 6 minute walk from the duomo. Staff is super friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast was lovely. Despite going through renovations when we were there, our room was quiet and spacious. If you are looking for lots of frills, this is not the place, but, if you want a clean hotel in the center of it all, this is your place!

Un Buon albergo tranquillo..

La situazione geografica dell’albergo e davvero idéale, vicinissimo à tutto. Purtroppo non c’e ascensore.... Prima colazione varia e buonissima. Il personale molto gentile e disponibile. C’e anche una spa con piscina.

Das Hotel hat unseren Erwartungen voll entsprochen, es liegt in Gehminuten vom Zentrum. Es ist gemütlich,hat sehr steile Treppen,was weniger gemütlich ist, der Frühstücksraum könnte wärmer sein, es war Winter.

Petit hôtel très bien placé. Ce n'est pas un 4* comme indiqué mais plutôt un 3. Chambre sous les toits au 3° sans ascenseur, seul bémol la salle de bains wc minuscule Personnel charmant et serviable. Idéal pour un court séjour à Florence. A recommander à proximité vers le marché central la trattoria PEPO,super cuisine locale.

Awesome greeting from hotel staff when we arrived. Very friendly and welcoming.The very nice gentleman at the front desk had bad news for us though .We had booked in for 4 nights but they had only held one night for us... my fault, My credit card expiry date changed from the time I booked until I arrived and I neglected to update the info with the hotel so when they tried to process my card it was rejected. They kindly held one night for us and helped us find a new hotel for our remaining 3 nights and even arranged to move our luggage to the new hotel for us. Turned out to be an awesome thing in the end since the room here was less than great and we would have likely had to ask for a differnet room had we been staying. So much noise from the street it was hard to sleep. And the bed ! ! Looked beautiful, nice antique looking frame, but REALLY hard mattress and every time one of us moved it creaked so bad we were afraid it was going to fall apart...lol. Up side . breakfast was good and the hotel was clean . And the staff was amazing

Great hotel in the best location in Florence! We upgraded to a deluxe room which was worth it as it was very spacious. Driving to the hotel was tough given some streets were closed off.

het personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Iedereen was aardig en niets was teveel moeite. mijn complimenten hiervoor! het enige minpuntje vonden wij het ontbijt, dit had iets beter gekund. zeker een aanrader en als we weer naar florenca gaan, willen wij weer graag in dat hotel verblijven.

Terrific staff, spacious rooms but a little tired

Staff were terrific, friendly, helpful and informative and the location was good. We had a 3 room suite which was a deciding factor in choosing this hotel - our group included members of 2 families, including teenagers, so the space was great. The rooms felt tired and in need of an revamp. The stone staircase leading up to the rooms (we were in an annex) had an unpleasant smell and the breakfast was not appealing. Note: Other rooms in the hotel have been recently renovated.

Helt ok!

Charmigt hotell med mycket trevlig personal och fantastiskt läge. Rummen hade sina skavanker. Duschen och sängen var inte direkt som hemma men ändå helt ok. Personalen var väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam. Läget är fantastisk bra med nära gångavstånd till de flesta sevärdheter.

Lovely breakfast buffet. Great coffee/espresso beverage made on demand. Beware, there is NO elevator! Service was good until day of departure when we were pressed for time heading to the airport--staff could not multitask very well and was not able to call us a cab asap. We had settled our bill the night before (or so we thought- we had prepaid online) and in the morning during our rush to get a cab to the airport, they tell us we owe the city tax. Rooms differ in size and spaciousness- don't get the top-level corner room...awkward sunroof woke me up at 6am. But overall, great location, great price, and nice stay.
